These terms include the following: These subscriptions are freely cancellable at any time, but if you cancel, you are obligated to owe us $10 (U.S.) for each issue we have sent you since your subscription automatically renewed. You also promise to keep us up to date on where or how to receive your issues; we are not responsible for any issues you do not receive if you don't notify us of missing issues. (If we are skipping a week or two of publication, such as during the year-end Holidays, we will notify you in the issue you receive before such a brief hiatus, and you will not have missed any issues because of the hiatus, because we track your subscription by the number of published issues you are sent, rather than by any arbitrary date or any fixed unit of time (weeks, months, etc.)
Payment is due to be made by you within thirty days of when we notify you that your subscription has auto-renewed. Further delay in payment allows us the option to impose a 1-1/2% interest charge per month on the overdue amount, which if so you are obligated to pay, and/or -- if we believe it necessary -- to suspend delivering your weekly issues, pending your payment.
As an automatically-renewing subscriber, you receive a $25 discount per year -- or, if you are a quarterly auto-renew subscriber (which costs a bit more per issue than in an annual subscription), a discount of $10 per quarter.
